About Kashmir Tour Package

We are a tour operator based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir — in the valley, not selling it from elsewhere. Our office is at Friends Colony, Near Harwan Bagh, Harwan, and the people planning your trip are the people who will answer the phone when something changes on the ground.

How we plan trips

Kashmir itineraries fail for boring, predictable reasons: an altitude that does not suit the group, a drive time nobody mentioned, a valley that is closed for the season, or a local transport rule that appears as an unexpected cost on the day. We plan around those first and the sightseeing list second.

Three examples of what that means in practice. Sonamarg is usually snowbound from December to early April, so a winter itinerary that includes it is wrong before it starts. Vehicles from Srinagar cannot continue past Pahalgam town, so Betaab and Aru need local union taxis that are charged separately from your package. And the Gulmarg gondola’s upper phase closes on heavy-snow mornings, which is a question to ask at the counter on the day rather than a booking to make in advance.

What this site does differently

Most Kashmir travel content is the same paragraph with the place names swapped. This site is built from a structured dataset — altitudes, drive times, district, road conditions, seasonal closures, month-by-month weather patterns — and pages are generated from those facts.

That has a consequence worth stating plainly: a page only gets published if the data can support it. When we built the city and trip-style combinations, an automated check found that many of them would have said nothing that the city page and the trip-style page did not already say. Those pages were not published. We would rather have fewer pages that tell you something than more pages that do not.

What we do not claim

We do not publish prices we have not quoted, review scores we cannot attribute, or travel facts we have not checked. Where a figure on this site is drawn from a public reference rather than our own records, it is marked as such in our source data and reviewed before it goes live.
