How we use your details

How the enquiry form works

The form on this site does not send your details to us directly. It takes what you type — name, mobile number, email, and anything optional you add — and opens WhatsApp with that text ready to send. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in WhatsApp, and you can edit or delete any of it first.

That means your enquiry reaches us as an ordinary WhatsApp message, and it lives in that conversation. WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted between your phone and ours.

What we do with it

We reply about your trip and prepare a quotation. If you go ahead and book, we share only what is needed with the hotels and transport providers on your itinerary, and only once you have confirmed. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

If you subscribe to travel notes, that form does send an email address to our newsletter provider. It is used only to send those notes, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

What this website tracks

Nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and nothing that follows you between pages. The only thing stored in your browser is whether you prefer the light or dark theme, which never leaves your device.

The videos

Our pages show YouTube videos, but they do not load until you press play. The preview image you see is a file on our own server, so no request reaches Google — and no cookie is set — unless you choose to watch. If you do press play, YouTube receives that request and its own terms apply from that point.

Getting it removed

Ask us in the same WhatsApp conversation, or email kashmirtourpackage2026@gmail.com, and we will delete the chat and any details we took from it, then confirm back to you.
